The business plan that you create doesn’t have to be extremely long and it doesn’t’ have to be complicated either. All you really need to have is some goals to achieve by a set date, and an action plan for how to achieve each goal.

It is important when you set goals to make sure that you achieve them. Many people set goals and then never achieve the goals that they set. If you’re one of these types of people then odds are you just keep going from project to project and never get anything done. You need to make sure that you stick with something until the end and never give up until you’ve accomplished your goal.

You Won’t Be Successful Without The Right Mindset

It is near impossible to have a successful business without the right type of mindset. It does not matter what type of business you want to own, whether it be online or offline. There is a certain way of thinking that you must possess, and this type of thinking is what will give you the discipline to take action. Taking action is the most important part of being successful, and positive thoughts are required to take major action.

One of the characteristics that you need to have is that you must always be looking for ways to make your business grow. You must make it your top priority to make your current customers happy, and also make it a priority to attract new customers to you.

Another essential aspect is to have good management skills over your employees. If you are too easy on your employees then they will know that they can get away with a lot and they will not work as hard for you, but you also don’t want to be too hard on them or else they will hate there job and the turnover rate will be high.

If you’re not ready with the right type of mindset then I do not recommend that you open up a business just yet. Without the right type of mindset your first business will probably fail. You have to be sure that you’re ready to stay dedicated to your business until it’s is able to operate without you, which could take many years.

If you finally get to the point where you business has a good customer base and is able to operate with your constant supervision then you should give yourself a pat on the back. This is a huge accomplishment and should be taken very seriously. Many businesses do not make it past the ten year mark.

Time – Depending on the work you put in, will partly be responsible for the success you are having. If you are doing this part time, you going to have to wait longer. There really aren’t any shortcuts or tricks you can do to game Google. And besides, if you mess with Google, you will lose. If you don’t believe me, just look around at any internet marketing forum.

Testing a niche is easy but creating an Adwords campaign and looking at the impressions over the course of a day. You will learn how many people are looking and how many are clicking. Make sure to control your budget or you might end up in the red. You won’t have to buy a domain and setup a webpage before you know the profitability. So your website is doing bad, then you have to question it. How can I rank number 1 with no back linking. Once you are on page 1 or in the top 5 results you will be able to see the real results of your efforts.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous to expect to be indexed on page 1 right from the get go. This can and does happen, but other times it won’t for whatever reason Google decides. Get them ranking, with about 10 pages of content and firing back links to the home page and some of the inner pages. Do this over the course of two months and then look again. Not exactly the get rich over night you thought eh!

Work – There is no excuse to take things slow because you have got to push this stuff. If you can do it part time that is okay but you can’t play around. Anyone who is struggling to pay bills and can’t afford dinner for tomorrow, then definitely should not buy the Adsense Masters Course until they have things under control. You can’t just start a website and have it making thousands of dollars by next week. Dedicating time everyday is awesome. Again, part time efforts won’t reap you hundreds of dollars a day, at least not without serious efforts. Most people who do things part time don’t really do anything.

Mistakes – You have to make mistakes, it is the only way to really understand this business model. If you can’t make mistakes, you won’t advance and you won’t make any money, it’s that simple. I’ve been doing this for years and can’t tell you how I know something is going to work or not. Of course I can layout guide lines and tips (like Xfactor has), but the reality is that there is an element that just comes from within. You might spend a couple of weeks with everything you’ve got, to find out that the site wasn’t worth it. This is the reality of it. You have to accept you are going to have bad sites. You don’t have the ability to only make 10 high performing websites that will pay your living expenses, at least not yet.

Many people are too scared to make mistakes and this causes them to not do anything at all. That is the biggest problem. Nobody knows everything, I know I don’t. The best thing to do is to get at it and do something.

I don’t blast out back links to my sites over the course of 1 or 2 days. I like to set my back linking submissions to 10 per day over a few months. I don’t think Google likes to see a ton of back links one day and then none the next. If you stop hunting for the magic pill and do some work, you will succeed.

The Gurus out there are constantly telling people how easy it is, and it is but you need guidance. For every 10 or so sites that you make, 1 or 2 will work out okay. Since you don’t have the skills yet, don’t expect to dominate the business.

If you don’t like article writing, then like Xfactor says, it is surprising your using this business model because a large portion of it is writing. Content and articles are basically the same just that one is usually longer than the other.

If you really want to be self-employed then you must realize that it is not for everyone. Many people seem to have the freedom of being self-employed but most people will not put in the work and time that is required to get there. They will daydream about it day after day I’ll never do anything about it. If you have the desire to be self-employed but have not put in the work to get there yet then you should ask yourself why you haven’t done so.

You should stop reading this article right now and take a few seconds to evaluate your life and if you’re living it the way you want to. If you’re not living it the way you want to then why not change it? There are very few people who actually live their lives the way that they want.

I used to be exactly like you. I had big dreams of being rich and self-employed online but day after day I would only dream about it and never put in the work that was required to get there. I eventually built up a lot of stress and one day I got completely tired of disappointing myself day after day and began to work like crazy. Obviously, a few weeks later I was making a lot of money online.

I have read that Tony Robbins has said before that your life can be changed in an instant if you decide to change your mindset. If you change your mindset then you can get all of the things accomplished that you’ve wanted to do. The problem is that most people are afraid to change their mindset and put in the work that is required to accomplish things that they want to accomplish.

If you can do the things listed above and really figure out why you’re struggling then I feel that someday very soon you’ll be successful. If you really want to be successful then you should take 10 minutes right now to sit down and evaluate your life and come up with a game plan for action. If you come up with a solid game plan then I’m sure that you’ll do great things.

Spot Trading Gold On Forex Shocking Secrets

If you have ever fallen in love with a beautiful person, you then know the value of giving a gold ring or a gold necklace as a token of your true love. Gold has always been considered to highly valuable from the dawn of civilization. It is still considered to be the ultimate currency and a safe haven in times of political and financial uncertainity. Recently gold price crossed the historical barrier of $1,200 per troy ounce. Gold market is in an uprecedented uptrend for the last ten years!

In the last decade, many investors turned towards forex after the historic crash in the stock market. Many small investors lost more than 60-70% of their saving accounts in the stock market crash. Now, forex is a great money making opportunity. It is being said that forex trading will make many millionaires in this decade.

Now, many forex brokers also allow you to trade gold in the spot market from the same platform that you trade forex. If you have been trading forex, you can easily trade gold too. Now when you trade currencies, you take a long or short position on two currencies.

There are many currency pairs that you can trade like the GBPUSD, EURUSD, UADUSD, NZDUSD, JPYUSD. Spot trading gold on forex is almost similar with gold replacing one currency in the pair and the other currency is always USD. In case of spot gold trading on forex, you trade one ounce of gold in the spot market againt US Dollar (USD). So just like when you trade a currency pair, when you trade gold on forex, you are taking either a long or a short position in gold against USD.

So, in spot gold trading on forex, you are trading one troy ounce of gold against USD. Interestingly the symbol for this is also XAUUSD with XAU representing one ounce of gold. Now, suppoe the price quote in the spot market is 1100 XAUUSD. What this means is that one troy ounce of gold in the spot market right now is equal to $1,100 USD.

Just like any currency pairs, stock or for that matter any security, the price quote in the spot gold market has got a bid-ask spread. Suppose the price quote in the spot market is 1110/1115. This means is that you can buy one ounce of gold at a rate of $1,115 and sell one ounce at the rate of $1,110 to your broker. Now, spot gold trading on forex is a fast moving market. Due to the fast moving nature of the spot gold market, the spread keeps on changing throughout the day!

Spot gold market is a fast moving market and the price quotes keep on changing. So, suppose just after 60 minutes, you find the quote to be 1120/1126. You see a profit and decide to get out selling at $11,200 making a profit of $30. Now if you had used leverage, you would have needed a much lower initial investment to make a profit of $30 in just 60 minutes. Now a standard lot in currency trading is equal to $100,000. But in case of gold on forex, a standard lot is equal to 10 troy ounces of gold. So, if you find the price quote to be 1112/1117 and you are interested in going long. In that case you will have to buy 1 lot of gold that is equal to $11,170.

Gold and USD have an inverse correlation relationship. What this means is that the gold prices and USD move in opposite direction in the long term. This inverse relationship may not hold in the short term. But if you are a trend trader or a position trader, you can hedge your position in currency pairs that have correlation with gold prices by taking opposite positions in the spot gold on forex market.
