How To Buy A Brand New Car

Friday, April 23rd, 2010

If you’re thinking of buying a car, there are a few common pitfalls that you would be wise to avoid. Read on to discover how you can get the best deal out of your negotiations.

When dealing with car salesmen, it’s important to remember that they want to control the conversation. Be assertive and show that you won’t allow him or her to steer you in the wrong direction; after all, if you’re not happy with the experience, you can simply go to another dealership instead!

A common mistake when buying a car is becoming friends with the salesperson. When making a business deal, he or she is your negotiator, not your friend, and you must remain businesslike. If you form a connection with the salesperson, there’s plenty of time to become friends after you buy the car.

Your salesperson will attempt to form a friendship with you because you’re more likely to agree to poor prices and terms if you have a personal connection. This is why it’s important to keep the relationship grounded as a business transaction.

Doing a little research prior to your visit to the dealership will aid you in bargaining. Look for newspaper ads that display prices for the vehicle you’re interested in. Looking up the Kelly Bluebook value of the vehicle can also provide some valuable insight.

Learning about other consumers who have purchased the same car will also provide you with useful knowledge. If you have some figures on your car’s costs according to previous customers, you can deduce the baseline cost of your car as well as the cost of add-ons and you can determine the best value.

Always remember that the dealership needs you, not the other way around! They need to make sales to stay in business, but you can buy a vehicle somewhere else. You’re in control at all times.

Finally, try to communicate confidence through your words, actions, and stance. Show the salesperson that you don’t have an ounce of self-doubt, and he or she wont be able to use that against you. Remember – you’re in control! Only agree to the purchase when you’re happy with the vehicle and the terms.

The Way That Large Scale Repetition Can Allow For Massive Income

Saturday, March 27th, 2010

Although we all dream of living a luxurious lifestyle, the sad fact is that only 1% of us will actually be wealthy. Surprisingly, far more act as if they actually will be. This is clearly a dream that many choose to chase.

Although the odds are against you, it is still possible. To become rich without winning or inheriting the money, there are 3 steps to help you on your way.

Find a quiet space and get your thinking cap on. What are your strengths? Do you have a great idea that nobody else seems to have thought of? Draw up a plan of action, but be realistic.

If you only have a couple of hundred dollars in your account, opening that great steak restaurant isn’t going to happen anytime soon. If you have very little money, your time is your most important resource.

Remember that whatever you come up with, you will be creating it with help from experts so don’t thing you need to be some kind of super brain to succeed. You will need to deploy the right people though.

You know your capabilities and how good you are at commitment. Don’t go into any business plan halfheartedly; if you want to succeed you need to work hard at it. You may decide that instead of thinking up a brand new product, the best way for you to go is improve on an existing one.

When you have hit on the winning formula and your bank balance is on the increase, duplicate the method to keep that money coming in. This is how the super wealthy became that way.

Where is Your Focus?

Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010

Whatever you place your attention (focus) on in life is what you will find.

Many people would like to have one thing, but they are looking for something totally different. You may be asking what I mean by this. Please allow me to explain. \”Whatever you think about the majority of the time is what you will find and create in your life.\” This is not just a new age thought. This is a matter of fact.

Take a look around the room which you are currently sitting. As you look around, notice the color red. Now you will become aware of anything in the room that is the color red. It is the same for your life.

By putting your put your attention on negativity, devastation, loneliness, or lack, which is what you will see more of in your life. The contrary is true as well.

By focusing only on the positive things that are happening in your life, you are changing the habit of your thoughts. Now you will begin creating a happier life. This is not a new concept. However, it is still one of the most misused laws of attraction.

If you would like to create more positive things in your life, concentrate on what I call the Emotional/Spiritual Prototypes. This is one step beyond positive thinking. This is where you imagine something you desire. Now create the emotions of how you feel when you possess this particular thing. Imagine it being in your life every day. Do not focus on the thing, but on the feelings that particular thing will give you.

When you use the Emotional/Spiritual Prototype Technique, you are retraining your thinking and eliminating any thought that is not directed toward your intention. Now you are actually creating a void in the universe.

You create a void when you decide that your desire already exists. The universe always fills a vacuum with the corresponding thing.

Remember you have been thinking adversary thoughts for a long time so the initial changing of habits may take a few days. Hang in there by continuing to focus your thoughts only on the Emotional/Spiritual Prototypes and soon your desire will come.

Isn\’t it funny when you read about any successful person throughout history, they have all said exactly what I am sharing with you today. All successful people know the law of attraction exists and used it to achieve their greatness. If all successful people have used this technique to create their desires, don\’t you think you should stop for a moment and consider the validity and power of this technique.
